Anomaly and the Paradox

Later in the research process, while I began to conceptualise the ReachingOut model, I conducted an investigation of the entities of the “Anomaly” and the Paradox, which are discussed extensively in academic literature related to computer science and academic research. I extrapolated the investigation of these concepts into their existence in human behaviour, and explain how they comprise an element of my therapy approach.

I also understood that the "Anomaly" identified in therapy and academic research information is an important source of new understanding which must be addressed and not marginal insignificant information which can be ignored.
