The vignettes brought to Ofer in a supervisory process were the groundings for reflective discussions over professional concepts and techniques. The extracted techniques presented in vignettes of specific cases where the constructs of a practical model of the intervention process. While Ofer related to issues raised in those discussions, he presented vignettes from his practical experience in order to reflect upon his experience.
