My professional development progressed as I gained practical experience, working with patients in out-clinical settings. The vignettes brought to Ofer in a supervisory process were the groundings for reflective discussions over professional concepts and techniques. The extracted techniques presented in vignettes of specific cases where the constructs of a practical model of the intervention process. While Ofer related to issues raised in those discussions, he presented vignettes from his practical experience in order to reflect upon his experience. By this process, practical implementations of theoretical approaches could be interpreted and discussed. Ofer's management of the therapeutic process presented to me by his vignettes was an illustration of the practical utilisation of conceptual approach; he began then to construct. Relevant vignettes will be presented in the full dissertation according to the ethical rules of presentation.
