This chapter will discuss the importance of the apprenticeship as contributing to a process of knowledge development, in general, and specifically in psychotherapy field. The experience of the apprentice will be discussed,  in the creation of transformational framework and utilisation of it. The conditions, the benefits, the challenges,  boundaries and obstacles will be explored.  Interpretative analysis of the above and the understandings deriving from it framed the basic conditions for the apprenticeship work.

The knowledge extracted from our inquiry within the  Apprenticeship Framework comprised an original process of transformation of practical knowledge into praxis. This framework, also provided a foundation of our teaching methodology and the academic grounding for the syllabuses of the training courses we teach.
